The
storyline revolves around the hindrances overcome by the illustrious
King Khan, who is playing the character of a cruel and clever bootlegger
in this unreleased film. Nawazuddin Siddiqui, a strict and brilliant
cop (commissioner of police) hampers the brutal conspiracies of Raees
with his unique style of operational work. All the scenes are from the
well flourished Indian state, Gujarat. The incidents demonstrated by
